Biography
Dr. Garelick graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was on the dean’s list. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center, where he also completed his fellowship in gastroenterology/hepatology. While at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center, he was appointed assistant attending, instructor in medicine, and length of stay coordinator.
Dr. Garelick has been practicing gastroenterology in Palm Beach County since 1996. He has privileges at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and Jupiter Medical Center. When Dr. Garelick isn’t working, he enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, kayaking, snorkeling, and other outdoor activities, especially when his entire family is involved.
